The tra𒆙ditional end of season highlight of the MX calendar promises to be one of the most spectacular ever held. A face-off between the two heavyweights of the dirt bike World, Ricky Carmichael and Mickael Pichon, both dominating their respective 2🔥50cc Championships, battling out for their countries USA and France, is a mouth-watering treat in itself......and that's only on the track.
According to FIM, AMA and Dorna Off Road Officials aft🔯er their latest visit to Competition Park, the circuit that will host this year's festivities on September 29th, all construction and development work is on schedule and looking impr𝄹essive.
The main track itself, along with ওs🐼ome other facilities at the newly built complex in San Jacinto (CA), is already in use such as the practice circuits and riding school based within the grounds.
The structure of the racing complex is coming together superbly with amenities and rꦑesources like electrical power, sanitation, an🌳d a watering system now functioning. Thanks to the presence of an on-site construction crew the main service tower is almost completed and the dates for final building work well within reach.
Dave Nicoll (FIM), Bill Amick (AMA), Carles Jorba (DOR) recently check♊ed the pro🏅gress alongside with Competition Park Promoter Malcolm McCassy, who was escorted by his engineers.
"We have been raising the standard of circuits within the World Championships over the past two years, and I'm more than happy to say that Competition Park is heading along the lines of the high level we like to see at top level Motocross events," remarked Jorba. "The organization and preparation will be excellent. The Motocross of Nations should be a fantastic show and I believe, from what we have seen so far, Competition Park is the ideal venue for a meeti⭕ng of this importance".
The 2002 Motocross of Nations will also benefit from widespread TV coverage and first class production as well as high attendan�✨�ce within the VIP Cross Club suite.
