2023 Portimao World Superbike - Friday Practice Results
There was nearly a big accident at theꩵ beginning of FP2 as Garrett Gerloff felt he was impeded by Gabriele Ruir before Lorenzo Baldassarri clattered into t⛎he American at turn 14.
Despite many red sectors, Danilo Petrucci’s top time was proving tough to beat until Alv🐎aro Bautista did just that with a time of 1:41.068s.

Tito Rabat became the fiℱrst rider to suffer a crash in FP2 as the former MotoGP rider went down at turn three.
Continuing to get faster and fa♊ster, Bautista improved by another two tenths deep into his first stint.
Bautista’s latest effort put hi꧃m six tenths clear of Jonathan Rea in what was turning out to be a dominant showing from the world🍌 champion.
With FP2 drawing to a close Michael Rinaldi jumped up to second spot but was unable to get within half 🐓a second of Bautista, with the Spꦺaniard still the only rider capable of lapping in the 1m 40s barrier.
That soon chang🔥ed however, when Rinaldi reduced Bautista’s advantage to just over three tenths. The Aragon race 1 winner set a time ꩲof 1:40.827s.
