James Wes🐼tmoreland, fourth in the 2008 Fuchs-Silkolene British Supersport Championship for Centurion Honda, has announced the formation of his own team fo🌞r the 2009 season.

'JW Racing' will run Westmoreland onboard Glen Richards' 2008 Triumph 675, with JT Developments preparing the engine. Westmoreland decided on the Triumph after using it in last October's Mallory Park Race of the Year.

"We have had a mountain of work to do in such a short period of time, but I am very happy to be running my own team," said Wꦫestmoreland. "I know that the bike is fantastic, and I have every confidence in the people around me.

"To plan and put together your own team within a fortnight of the opening rꦏound requires a lo🍰t of dedication, commitment and loyal support from all team members. By no means are things going to be easy at Brands, but I am sure for race day we will be there or there abouts!

Wes✅tmoreland took three podium fin🎶ishes last season, including two second places.
