Former British Motocross champion Graeme Irwin wil🌳l join brothers Glenn and Andrew on the 2020 Bennetts British Superbike grid as he steps up with Team 64 Motorsport Kawasaki.

Irwin made his short🍒 circuit tarmac debut just last year following an injury 🌟which forced him to cut short his motocross career, but the Carrickfergus rider made an instant impression with the highlight of a top 10 finish at Cadwell Park in the Pirelli National Superstock 1000 championship.

As a result, Irwin will team up with former BSB rider A꧟aron Zanotti at his Team 64 Kawasaki squad for a rookie꧅ year in BSB.

“I’m incre🦩dibly excited to be riding the Team 64 Kawasaki in the British Superbike Championship. On🧜e of my aims was to work with a crew chief who has also raced and Aaron fits the bill perfectly.

“Of course I’ll be up against my brothers. We’re a very close family and respect one another but when the 𝓡lights go out we all have a job to do.”

“Myself and the team are delighted and really looking forward to working with Graeme,” Zanotti added. “He has an impressive pe🐻digree and I can’t wait to see what we can achie♉ve together this season.”

Irwin joins his brothers Glenn and Andrew on the BSB grid this year as the pair form the rider line-up at Honda Racing, while 🐠Glenn will dovetail his efforts with a road racing campaign with Honda.

Graeme Irwin and Team 64 Kawasaki will begin pre-season testing at the first official test at Monteblanco be﷽fore heading on to Jerez.

The 2020 BSB campaign gets underway at Siꦏlverstone on April 10-12.
