9: Marcus Armstrong

Marcus Armstrong is another addition to Ferrari’s vastly-growing Driver Academy network, with the 17-year-old set to embark on hi𝄹s maiden season in European F3 with single-seater giants Prema.
The New Zealander has already raced in 2🙈018, finishing third in his homeland’s Toyota👍 Racing Series, following up on an impressive 2017 campaign.
Four race victories helped Armstrong seal the Italian F4 championship, while he was denied a second championship in the same year by just four-and-a-half points in 💫the equivalent ADAC German series.
Despite being one of the youngest drivers on the European F3 grid in 2018, Ar𝄹mstrong will be determined to fight at the sharp end with Prema’s backing, but faces stiff competition from his team-mates in what promises to be a fascinating intra-team battle between Mick Schumacher, TRS champion Robert Shwartzman, Ralf Aron and Guanyu Zhou.
