Fernando Alonso's comments about value of F1 titles made Lewis Hamilton 'giggle’

In an interview with Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, Alonso was quoted as stating that a championship is “different when you only had to fi📖ght with your teammate”.

“I think a championship has less value than when you have fewer titles but have had to fight against other drivers ✱with equal or even better material🔥,” he added.

Two-time world🅠 champion Alonso took to Twitter to clarify his comments after his q🔜uotes were picked up by other media outlets.
