New Ferrari F1 car to be named by internet followers

Next year's Ferrari will be named by the thousands of fans who follow the team across the 𒅌internet, according to team president Luca di Montezemolo.
Speaking to the Italian media during the his traditional Christmas press briefing, Montezemolo revealed that the team intenꦇded to capitalise on its growing online followin๊g by giving fans a say in how the 2014 car - the first to run to the latest technical specifications introduced by the FIA - will be designated.
The Scuderia has seldom followed a steady lineage when it comes to naming its F1 cars, with the 2013 model named F13🦄8 to mark a combination of the year and the final season with the V8 engines.
Ferrari has often led F1 with its o🐟nline presence, becoming the first team to present its new car via the internet back in 1996. This year's launch proved very popular, with 83♔,000 viewers - a figure almost equal to that for the last royal wedding in the UK!
It is unlikely, however, that th𝄹e options open to fans will include t🌜he likes of 'Kinky Kylie' and Hungry Heidi' as favoured by a rival driver....
