There has arguably been no greater or more influential team in the history of Formula 1 than Scuderia Ferrari, having been synonymous with the sport since the f🍃ormation of the world championship back in 1950.

Sin𒀰ce then, a large number of F1's greatest drivers have donned the scarlet red colours of the Italian manufacturer, including the likes of Juan Man𒁏uel Fangio, Niki Lauda, Gilles Villeneuve, Alain Prost, Michael Schumacher, Kimi Raikkonen and Fernando Alonso.

But who is the greatest of them all?

There is a strong case for Schu꧂macher, who is statistically recognised as being the greatest driver in all of F1 history. The German won five consecutive world titles with Ferrari between 2000 and 2004, ending a🔯 21-year drought since its last title.

Going much further back, Alberto Ascari was Fer🥂rari's first world champion in 1952, while the likes of Mike Hawthorn, Phil Hill and John Surtees also enjoyed succe꧃ss with the Prancing Horse.
