Gasly qualified 17th for Toro Rosso on Saturday at Hockenheim, but will dꩲrop to the back of the field as a result of the penalty that is triggered as a result of exceeding the permitted allowance for each co𝔉mponent.

Gasly had already been above the limit for four of the six power unit parts, but has taken a complete set of new power unit elements in a tactical change by Honda, taking advantage of his low qualifying positio💯n.

With Gasly starting last, Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo gains a position on the star𒁃ting grid, having originally been due to start last as a result of 𓄧his own grid penalty that was confirmed by the FIA on Friday.

The penalty also promotes Brendon Hartley, Lance Stroll and Stoffel Vandoorne an additional positio🍎n for the start of the race, the trio having propped up 💯the qualifying order on Saturday.
