British Grand Prix set for later slot on 2020 F1 calendar

The British Grand Prix is set to take place a week later ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚthan usual on the 2020 For♛mula 1 calendar.

This year’s event was held on July 14, but next♊ season’s race at Silverstone has been provisionally pencilled in for July 1♑9 2020, moving it back by exactly a week.

The British Grand Prix is set to take place a w🌼eek later tꦏhan usual on the 2020 Formula 1 calendar.

This year’s event was held on July 14, but next s🌞eason’s race at Silverstone has been pr🉐ovisionally pencilled in for July 19 2020, moving it back by exactly a week.

The date emerged as the Northamptonshire circuit confirmed its tickets going on sale for the race, which will mark the start of its new five-year contract, with Silverstone remaining the British GP’s permanent home until at least the end of 2024. Silverstone made it clear the date i🥀s subject to change. 

If 💟the date stands, it꧒ will be the latest the British GP has been held since the 2003 event, which took place on July 20. 

F1 is se💦t for an unprecedented 22-race season in 202𒈔0 with the addition of new events in Vietnam and the Netherlands, while the Spanish GP looks set to agree a fresh deal to remain on the calendar.

The German GP at Hockenheim appears to be the only race on the current calendar that is l⛄ikely to be axed. F1 is yet to confirm a provisional calendar for the 2020 campaign.
