Williams retains Jamie Chadwick in F1 development role
Jamie Chadwick will continue her role as a development driver for the Williams Formula 1 team duri✱ng the 2020 season.
The 21-year-old, who was crowned the inaugural champion of t🌳he all-female W Series championship, has been retained in the position for a second campaign, ha🌜ving joined Williams in May last year.
In🐽 the role, Williams says Chadwick will increase her simulator programme duties and be “fully immersed” wi🐭thin the team both trackside and at its Grove headquarters, while she will attend several grands prix throughout 2020.

In the role, Williams says Chadwick will increase her simulator programme duties and be “full♎y immersed” within the team both trackside and at its Grove headquarters, while she will attend seve🅠ral grands prix throughout 2020.
“It has🔴 been a fantastic opportunity working with the team in my role as development driver,” Chadwick said.
"The time spent in the simulator has been invaluable and I have en🐈joyed every moment, immersing myself within the team. I look forward to continuing to work with Williams this year!”

Chadwick is set to combine her role at Wil👍liams alongside attempting to defend her W Series title, having confirmed she will contest the🌠 championship again this year.
The Briton won two races on her way to winning the first-ever W Series title on offer in 2019, beating Beitske Visser to the crown byಞ 10 points.
Cha꧂dwick previously won the 2015 British 🍰GT GT4 title, became a British Formula 3 race winner in 2018, and won the MRF Winter Series in 2018/19.
