Aston෴ Martin will present its AMR21 2021 F1 car to the world this afternoon in a live event at 3pm UK time. Following a double launch by Mercedes and Alpine on Tuesday, Aston Martin will become the seventh team to reveal its latest challenger.

The new AM21 is an evolution of last year’s RP20 design that helped the Silverstone-based squad take fourth place in the constructors’ championship and claim its first-ever💖 grand prix victory in 2020. 

It will bꦫe driven by four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel, who joins Aston Martin following his exit from Ferr♈ari, and Lance Stroll. 

Following billionaire Canadian bꦇusinessman Lawrence Stroll’s takeover, Aston Martin has outlined lofty targets to become a world championship-winning side in the future and believes the high-profile signing of Vettel underlines its ambitions. 

For 2021, Aston Martin is looking to build ꦕon its 2020 progress and con🐷tinue to challenge for regular podiums and potentially more victories as it looks to assert itself at the head of F1’s tightly-congested midfield pack. 

The AMR21 will get its first extensive on-track run out during next week’s shortened pre-season test in Bahrain, which takes place between 1ﷺ2-14 March. 

F1 teams will then remain in Bahrain ahead of the season-opening round at the Bahrain International Circuit oꩵn 28 March.
