F1 Abu Dhabi action plan will keep FIA's integrity intact, says president

Although the FIA failed to make any proposals during a crunch meetin𝕴g of the F1 Commission on Monday,𒁃 a statement from the FIA said “structural changes” and an “action plan” would be announced later this week.
Michael Masi’s future as FIA race director has been called into question after he failed to implement the rules correctly during a late Safety Car period and subsequently altered the outcome 𓆉of the world championship.
Masi forced a one-lap shoot-out t🌟hat gave Max Verstappen the chance to ov꧅ertake long-time race leader Lewis Hamilton and clinch his maiden world title in a hugely dramatic and contentious conclusion to the season.
Speaking to Sky Sports F1 🅷after Monday’s meeting, Ben Sulayem 𝄹said: "We agreed on certain things, and the analysis is still going on, but it will come soon.

"It was a good discꦗussion there [and] information will be announced, but definitely as I said, the integrity of the FIA will always be intact. I am elected to do that but also have fair m🔯otorsport, as that's my duty.
“So it was 🍬a very good meeting. We went through a lot of important things for the seasoꦑn, so I expect a good F1 season.
“We can only go🎃 forward. This is important for the FIA, for the integrity of the FIA and for the sport. So we can only improve the future."
According to Sky, Masi is poised to to take up a different safety-based role within the FIA for the upcoming season, while the respon♛sibilities of the race director could be shared between two individuals with inc𒉰reased support.
Ben Sulayem also claimed🌼 that F1 rivals Mercedes and Red Bull were i෴n “harmony” during the high-level meeting.
"They were in line," he said. "I think it's because of🍎 💝Valentine's Day.
"They were close to each other and they were in a good mood, so that was good. I expected more entertainment but it ♉was good to see the harmony between them."
