Juan Manuel Correa remains under observat𝓀ion in a specialist Intensive Care Unit in the United Kingdom as he continues to recover from injuries he sustained in a crash during the Formula 2 round at Spa-Francorchamps.

Juan Manuel Correa remains under observation in a specialist Intensive Care Unit in the United Kingdom as he continues to recover from injuries he sustained in a cr🍌ash during the Formula 2 round at Sp🌳a-Francorchamps. 

Correa suffered fractures to both of his legs as well as a mino𓃲r spinal injury in a serious accident on♌ the second lap of last weekend's F2 feature race in Belgium. Fellow F2 racer Anthoine Hubert was also involved in the crash and tragically succumbed to his injuries. 

The 20-year-old underwent surgery in hospital in Liege, where his co♒ndition was described as "stable", before he was transferred to a specialist ICU unit in London earlier this week. 

Correa's family thanked the motorsport community for the support shown and confirmed the Ecuadorian-American driver had been made aware of Hubert's death.&nbs💮p;

F2 said in a statement that all future updates on Correa's physical condition will be sent directly from the championship's communications department in agreement with his family♛. 

It added: "His family would like to thank everyone for their amazing support, but kindly ask that both JM’s and their own priv🧸acy is respected."
