The Turkish driver lost control o🤪f his car at Turn 10 before spinning backwards into the barriers at the following c𓄧orner.

The session w🐈as subsequently red-flagged and Bolukbasi was unable to get out of his car 🌠under his own power.

Bolukbasi was taken to the hospitꦚal for precautionary checks and wa✅s forced to miss qualifying as a result.

On Saturday morning, F2 announced that Bolukbasi is unable🍨 to race again this weekend.

The statement read: “Following medical examination, the driver of car #23 was found to have suffered a concussion and remained in hospital overnight for furt🐟her precautionary checks. He has be🌌en declared unfit to race and has therefore been withdrawn from the event by the team.”

This means 21 cars will take to the track in the sprint꧂ race which takಌes place at 1230 GMT.

The weekend will continue as scheduled despiteꦚ some doubt following a missile strike nearby to the circuit.

Formula 1 had a meeting that lasted over four hours after second practice, which included the drivers, team principals and senior management inc🙈luding Stefano Domenicali, Ross Brawn and FIA president Mohammed bin Sulayem.

The weekend 💟in Jeddah will continue to go ahead as planned with F2's sprint race taking place on Saturday ahead of F1's FP3 and the feature race scheduled for before𒐪 the grand prix on Sunday.
