Matteo Nannini claimed his first-ever Formula 3 victory as he won the second sprint race at the Hungaroring.

Starting from s🐽econd on the grid, Nannini pressured pole-sitter Enzo Fittipaldi off the start. 

Having been able to find a way thr💟ough on the opening lap, Nannini w🦹aited until Lap 4 before making a move into Turn 2 for the lead of the race.

From that moment onwards, Nannini con🎃trolled the race from the front, quickly extending his lead to over three seconds.

Despite Fittipaldi’s best efforts to close the gap in the closi♈ng laps, Nan𝔉nini ultimately ran out a comfortable winner by 2.5 seconds.

Roman Stanek joined Nannini and Fittipaldi on a podium in what was a lonely race fꦛor the Czech driver. 

Aleksandr Smolyar he♛ld onto fourth ahead of the fast-charging Dennis Hauger.

Hauger overtook Jack Doohan i🌳nto Turn 1 on Lap 18 and then David Schumacher into the very same corner on the penultimate lap.

It was another strong race for Haౠuger who continues to extend his lead in the standꦍings. 

David Schumacher finished sixth ahead 👍of Lorenzo Colombo, who made it back-to-back points finishes.

Colombo won the first sprint race of the weekend but lo🐻st it after he was awarded a five-seco▨nd time penalty for a Safety Car infringement. 

Regardless, Colombo had zero points 🦩going into the weekend so it’s been a great step forwarꦜd for the Campos driver.

Clement Novalak, Logan Sargeant and Ayumu Iwasa - who inherited the victory from Colombo - completed the top 🍨tenꩵ in Hungary.

Arthur Leclerc fi😼nished 11th but the good news for him is that he will start from pole in tomorrow’s feature race.
