F1 British Grand Prix: Lewis Hamilton aiming to beat Michael Schumacher record - but it may never happen

Lewis Hamilton has already smashed all-time records set by Michael Schumacher but, ahead of the F1 British Grand Prix, he may never beat one particularly impressive achievement.
The Michael Schumacher record that Lewis Hamilton may never beat

Hamilton💮 and Schumacher are equal at the top of the list fo✤r all-time wins at the same F1 Grand Prix.

Schumacher won in France eight times, while Ham𝔉🍒ilton has won the British and Hungarian Grands Prix eight times.

Next weekend in Silverstone, Hamilton will earn the al꧒l-time record amount of wins at the same Grand Prix if he claims an unlikely victory.

F1 drivers with the most wins at the same Grand Prix

  1. Lewis Hamilton (British and Hungarian) and Michael Schumacher (French) - eight wins each

  2. Lewis Hamilton (Canadian), Schumacher (Canadian and San Marino) - seven wins each

  3.  Michael Schumacher (Belgian, Spanish, Japanese, European), Lewis Hamilton (United States, Chinese, Spanish), Alain Prost (Brazilian and French), Ayrton Senna (Monaco) - six wins each

Hamilton’s hopes of claiming the record outright have looked extremely slim in a disastrous campaign for Mercedes that has seen him blighted by porpoising,💎 so severe that he was left with a back injury in Baku.

However, a more promising outing in Montreal last week has raised🔯 optimism ahead of Hamilton’s homecoming to the F1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone 🏅next weekend.

Lewis Hamilton has beaten other Michael Schumacher records

In 2020 at the Portuguese Grand Prix, Hamilton secured his 92nd career victory which gave him the all-time record ahead of Schumacher’s 91. H🍷amilton has since extended that record to 101💯 wins.

Sebastian Vettꦜel is third in all-time wins wiꦛth 53.
