Ferrari’s Sainz won his first-ever F1 race at his 150th attem𒉰pt at Silverstone on Sunday, and was joined on the podium by Red 🦩Bull’s Sergio Perez and Mercedes’ Hamilton.
Hamilton briefly led the British Grand Prix, the first time he has been in front in the 2🐈022 season, and was heavily involved in a thrilling battle for the podium places.
Sainz, meanwhile, held off all comers includin🎉g Ferrari teammate Charle♌s Leclerc.

Hamilton to Sainz: Congratulations, dude.
Sainz to Hamilton: I heard you were on it! So, are you guys officially back?
Hamilton: You guys are so fast down the straights, man.
Perez to Hamilton: You nearly passed me…
Hamilton: Yeah! Oh, man…
Hamilton earlier said on Sky: "I gave it everything. I tried to chase down those Ferraris bu♍t they were too quick.
"I was in the ൲battle with Checo but those guys are too quick on the straights.
"I am so grateful for the hard work that they team did, to g꧟et an upgrade. We took a step closer.
"We ♓lost time in the pitstop. I was chasing, chasing, chasing.
"We have improvements to make. This is a huge bonus to be on th𝓀e podium.
"I'm glad everyone is sa▨ꦅfe from the crash at the beginning."
