Pirelli has announced a new, development version of it🌳s SCQ tyre for the Misano WorldSBK.

This weekend’s Emilia-Romagna Round will see the debut of the new E0479 option, which is the third development tyre to be brought by Pirelli to 168澳洲幸运5官方开奖结果历史:World Superbike this season after the E01☂25 development SC0 and the E0126 development SCX.

Like the E0125 and E0126 – first introduced at Portimao and Assen, respectively, where they were the favoured tyre of the race winners – the E0479 aims to increase the contact patch of the SCQ tyre witꩵh a new construction, while maintaining the same comp♊ound rubber as the standard SCQ.

The new construction also aims to offer both improved grip and stability over the standard version, as well as more consistent performance which Pirelli hopes will make it a 🉐b💯etter option for the 10-lap Superpole Race.

Pirelli’s confidenc𒅌e in the new option is perhaps highlighted by the ab🐬sence of the standard SCQ tyre from this weekend’s allocation.

Additionally, the E0126 version of the SCX will be available this weekend on thꦍe rear, as well as the sta♓ndard SC0.

“After intr𒁃oducing a new soft, the E0125 specification, at Portimao and a development supersoft, the E0126, used at Assen and Cremona and which will also be present at Misano, now our development work continues by focusing on the extrasoft with the new E0479 specification,” sa൩id Pirelli Motorcycle Racing Director Giorgio Barbier.

“[It] represents an evolution of the standard SCQ from which it differs in a totally different s✱tructur🐭e.

“This new solution has been designed to offer a larger footprintꦏ, greater grip and stability, anꦏd consistent performance.

“The results obtained by E0125 and E0126 since their debut 💮have been very encouraging, and we hope that E0479 will also be positively received.

“This is a solution designed to offer๊ maximum performance on the flying lap while maintaining it very high even over the distance o𒅌f 10 laps of the Superpole Race.

“If the c🌳onditions will be favorable, we will also be able to see the E0126 supersoft again in action at ൩Misano, so as to gather further useful data.”
