BSS: Hobbs heads the way for Brands pole.
Hobbs sped around the Indy circuit 🎃in jꦜust 46.980secs, making him the only rider to dip below the 47second lap mark.
A💜 number of regular names headed the time sheets throughout the session, including McConnell and Grant, but the most noticeable was certainly that of Joe Dickinson, on the Trucklinks Racing Honda, who peaked with 20 minutes remaining on the clock.

A number of regular names headed the time sheets throughout the session, including McConnell and Grant, but tಞhe most noticeable was certainly that of Joe Dickinso๊n, on the Trucklinks Racing Honda, who peaked with 20 minutes remaining on the clock.
Relentless Suzuki by TAS rider Ian Lowry also made a grea🧸t leap from a difficult first session, in which he finished outside of the top ten, to temporarily hit the front row with 13 minutes to go. Team-mate and newly crowned champion Michael Laverty didn't have the best of sessions, ending in ninth.
The session was stopped with eight minutes remaining 𒆙when Steve Brogan, riding🍷 in place of Ian Hutchinson at Bike Animal Honda, fell at McLaren. Fortunately he was unhurt, but debris from the crash had to be cleared from the track.
This left the riders with a short sprint to set their most impressive lap. Hobbs wasted no ti▨me in being the man to set the st♊andard, and McGuinness made the leap to second spot with three minutes left.
However, McConnell was not to be outdone and stole the position away from TT-legend McGuinness moments later, before promptly crashing at Druids on his next time around. Fortunately for him, the position was safe as the clock ticked do🎐wn with no further improvers.
Joe Dickinson will head row two, ahead of Lowry, James Webb and Aaron Walker. Laverty will star🐲t from ninth place, accompanied on row three by Brogan, Martin Jessopp and Jamie Robinson.
Despite the champi🦩onship already having been decided at Donington Park, the riders show no sign of taking it easy, with just one secondꦐ covering the first five rows of the grid for tomorrow's race!
Relentless 🧜Suzuki by TAS will be hoping to make it a championship one-two, but with Hobbs just 13 ♑points behind Lowry and sitting on pole position, it's not going to be easy.
