BTCC Media Day: Josh Price to make BTCC debut with Subaru

British Touri꧒ng Car Champion🅰ship rookie Josh Price has been announced as Subaru's fourth and final driver for the 2017 season.

The 18-year old replaces Warren Scott in the fourth Subaru Levorg after the latter opted to vacate his BTCC seat to concentrate on his role as team principal at Teamﷺ BMR.

Price graduates into the BTCC having finished sixth in last year's Renault Clio Cup Championship and will race under the BMR Racing Academy banner for ಌthe 2017 season.

"I'm extreme⛦ly o🦄verwhelmed by the support of my sponsors, BMR and Subaru to get me onto the BTCC grid this season at such short notice," said Price.

"I'm looking forward to the challenge that's🃏 ahead, as well as working with a team with🦩 such a great pedigree."

Talking of the 18-ye𓆉ar olds move to the Subaru squad, team boss Scott says he's eager to see how ꦓPrice adapts to the BTCC during the year.

"We are thrilled to welcome Josh into the BMR Racing Academy BTCC Te🦩am and look forward to watching his progress throughout what promises to be an unforgettable year," said Scott.
