Karel Abraham makes KTM MotoGP debut

Former MotoGP racer K꧟arel Abraham made his KTM debut during the factory's latest test, at Misano.
Th🌟e Czech rider, who now competes in World Superbike, rode alongside Mika Kallio from Tuesday to Thursday.
"The motorcycle already rides very well and I hadn't actually expected it would be at this level," Abraham said. "The engine feels strong and the electronics already work quite well. The three days on the bike were a fantastic experience for me and I really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to th♓e next round of tests with the bike."
The test allowed KTM to make up for 🔜time lost to bad weather at the previo🧔us Brno outing.
"We were finally able to carry out the test program that we started last week in Brno," said Sebastian Risse, KTM's Technical Director Onroad. "The focus was on the one hand on the electronics, especially with how they react with other parts o﷽f the bike.
"On the other hand, we worked a lot with the rigidity of individual chassis and su൲spension components. We also tried a few things regarding the engine characteristics, and we found a good direction in this regard.
"Also, for the first time we were able to test with tiyes that are closer to those♊ currently beℱing used in the MotoGP."
KTM will use the four week break until its next test to evaluate the experience they have gathered, and also move into the new Motorsport building in Munderfiജng, Austria.
