UPDATE: Isle of Man TT Lightweight winner Ian Lintin will make his debut at Macau on t🔯he RC Express Kawasaki after filling the void left by the absence of Guy Martin. On Wednesday night, the RC Express Racing team confirmed Lintin had taken the opportunity for his maiden trip to the event 'due to the withdrawal of a rider'.

The organisers of the Macau Grand꧟ Prix have confirmed that Guy Martin was a late withdrawal ꦡfrom the event on Wednesday morning.

The Lincolnshire star was entered on the Tyco BMW for the famous race in the Far East, but has pulled out as he continues 🍎to recover from injuries sustained in a heavy spill at the Ulster Grand Prix in Augusౠt.

Martin's plans for 2016 have been the subject of much scrutiny this season, but t♋he 33-year-old was confirmed on th💟e entry list for the Northern Ireland team at Macau for the final big road race of the year.

In the past, Martin has not enjoyed the best of luck at Macau, sliding into a concrete wall 𝓰and suffering concussion and a broken wrist in 2007.

The following year, he was ruled out again after being knocked unconscious after another💖 fall at the Guia street course.

The Macau line-up inಞcludes a host of top names including last year's winner Stuart Easton, pluꦜs John McGuinness, Michael Rutter, Lee Johnston, Ian Hutchinson, Gary Johnson and Peter Hickman.

On Tuesday, it was announced that Martin's Tyco BMW team-mate William Dunlop had parted company with the Uꦚlster team in an 'amicable' split with the 30-year-old s𒆙et to join CD Racing in 2016.

Dunlop rode a Yamaha R6 at the international and Irish road race meetings this season for team owner Dowd in a separate👍 agreement to his Tyco BMW deal.

The Macau Grand Prix is set 𝔍to take place on November 21.
