Honda Racing Corporation will present Marco Simoncelli's father with two speci🎃al bikes during next w💖eekend's Italian MotoGP at Mugello.

Paolo Simoncelli will receive Marco's RC212V race machine - an e🌜xtremely rare gesture - and also a 'Super SIC' inspired Honda CBR1000RR.

The bikes will be presented by Shuhei Nakamoto, HRC Execಞutive-Vice President, and Minoru Kato, Honda Europe Motorcycle Division Director.

The special edition Honda CBR will be auctioned off to raise money for The Marco Simoncelli Foundation:

Former 250cc world champion Simoncelli lost his life🌱 during a racing incident at Sepang last October.

The Italian was in his second season of MotoGP, during which he had claimed his first poles and podiums, and had been a Honda rider since joining theꦇ premier-class.
