Simon Andrews injured following Superbike TT crash

Honda TT leg൲ends rider Simon Andrews is bei🌜ng treated in hospital following an accident in the Superbike race at the Isle of Man TT races.
Andrews, who made his debut at the event in 2011 when he finished as the fastest newcomer, came of♑f his 1000cc Fireblade at Graham's on the Mountain section of the 37.73-mile course on the first lap.
A statement issued by his Honda TT Lege🌄nds team confirmed Andrews had escaped without any life-threatening injuries.
The ༒statement said: 'Simon Andrews crashed at Grahamꦐ's during lap one of today's Superbike race.
'He was conscious and🔯 taken to hospital with suspected multiple broken bones.
'Following X-ꦗrays, it has been confirmed that he has suffered a cracked shoulder, a broken wrist and a broken ankle (on his injur♏ed right leg).
'He is alert and chatting with his chief mechaღnic, who is wit⭕h him at the hospital. '
Andrews is competing in the Endurance World Championship for 2012, with the North West 200 and✃ Isle ofཧ Man TT international road races part of his schedule.
He finished fourth in the main superbik🍌e race at the North ꦉWest 200 in Northern Ireland last month and had impressed during practice at the TT, lapping at 127mph.
