The Factory Yamaha M🥀otoGP Team has made sure there will be no repeat of the error that led to Ben Spies crashing out of the Estoril race ea༒rlier this month.
In Portu꧙gal, a tool used to temporarily block the fuel overflow pipe on the grid was accidentally left in place for t🎶he race.
The distraction of trying to remove the tool, which also hampered his braking, ev♏entually caused Spies to fall.
As this picture from𒊎 Le Mans on Sunday shows, it is now impossible for Spies and his mec🔯hanics not to notice if the forceps are left in place.
