Silverstone Circuits Ltd has donated The Brooklands Suite as a viewing area for the day'ꦯs racing activities, while Arai has donated two race helmets, with Help for Heroes artwork recreated by specialist race helmet artist Richard Stevens of RichArt Concepts.
These unique helmets will be worn during the British Supersport race by Centurion riders Dan Cooper (#20) and BJ Toal (#36), signed by Superbike and Supersport riders, and auctioned to raise money for the Charity. The money raised will go towards the rehabilitatiꦉon work of Headley Court.
The Silverstone visitors will each receive a specially designed, commemorative team race shirt from ꦑCenturion Racing. Two ra🏅ce shirts will also be signed and auctioned alongside the helmets for the charity.
"As a former Royal Marine Commando with 21 years service, I under💖stand the sacrifices that service personnel regularly make in the line of duty," sa▨id Centurion co-owner Paul Rees. "For some of us this has resulted in life changing injuries. The work undertaken by Help for Heroes, and the specialist care provided by the medical staff of the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre, Headley Court, is so vitally important.
"Days out like this are an essential part of rehabilitation, and it is such 🍨a privilege to be able to show our support in this way. I'm very grateful to Shaun Muir and Hydrex Honda for their generosity, and would like to thank everyone who has donated either their time, their products, their skills or their support to make this day a success♋ for these inspirational people.
"The signed race helmets are stunnin🥃g and unique, and each will be slightly different so should prove to be rare and desirable collectors' items."
"We are delighted to support our servicemen and women, whatever we do cannot repay them for their work commitment," added Muir. "We hope w🥂e can give them a day tౠo remember."
