Ric💮hard Petty Motorsports duo Kasey K🔯ahne and AJ Allmendinger were trying something different with their engine set-ups at Talladega. It didn't work.
The motors in the two RPM Dodges cars blew during Friday's practice and, according to N🦋ASCAR's one-engine rul🍌e, both cars must start from the rear of the field in Sunday's Aaron's 499 Cup race, regardless of where they qualify on Saturday.
