The Spaniard fractured the top bone of his left index finger in the incident and also has a suspected fracture of his right ankle - should his hand injury require surgery then the Clinica Mobile believes that Pedrosa w𓄧ill be forced to miss next weekend's German Grand Prix.
Pedrosa's fall handed victory t𝐆o Casey Stoner, who is now just four points behind the Spaniard in the world championship standings. Valentino Rossi, second in Sunday's race, has moved 16 points clear of Pedrosa with eight rounds still to go.
