Sheffield Speedway bosses have broken their✨ silence over the comeback of club asset Lee Complin - with Saturday's opponents Stoke.

Tigers travel to the Potteries in a Premier Trophy clash where they will come up against the 22-year-old West Yorkshireman who won the treble with the Owlerton club in 2002 as a teenager before sensationally quitting the sport.
His move to Loomer Road has been conducted with the full co-operation of Sheffield Speedway and ❀promoters Neil Machin and David Hoggart have bot🐟h confirmed they tried to accomodate him in their own line-up.

His move♔ to L💧oomer Road has been conducted with the full co-operation of Sheffield Speedway and promoters Neil Machin and David Hoggart have both confirmed they tried to accomodate him in their own line-up.

"He remains a Sheffield asset," said Hoggart. "We explored the possibility of including him in our team, that was some🔴thing we would have very much liked to do, but unfortunately the numbers didn't add up.

"Once that was established, there was no way we were prepared to stand in the way o! f one of our own rܫiders getting a job elsewhere and we're goi👍ng to be watching Lee's progress very closely.

"We're very pleased that 🧸one of our riders has decided to come out of retirement and w𓆉e wish Lee all the very best."
