According to Italy's ANSA news agency, team boss Frank Williams, Head and current McLaren aero expert Newey will now face a new appeal in court although, under Italian law, a written explanation ofꦐ the case and its errors must be issued before a date can be set for the new hearing.
The tenth anniversary of Senna's death occurs on 1 May, although this year's San Marino Grand Prix, which takes place on the weekend of 25 April, is sure to be a poignant reminder of the black meeting that saw the loss of not only the Brazilian, but also Austria's Roland Ratzenb🧜erger.
