James Brundle will represent Mildenhall in the Conference League Riders Championship at Rye House on Saturday. "Rye House is never the easiest of away tracks but I'm going there to give it my best shot" said the 16 year
old.

"Considering the quality in our side, I am both pleased and surp♌rised to be represent♍ing Mildenhall and I'll definitely try to put up a good performance for our supporters. I'm sure they will be going along in big numbers and I certainly want to try to improve on my efforts last season."

"Rye House do a terrific job of putting on the championship, but I personally feel it should be run on a more neutral track. There is one heck of a line up, but home riders Joel Pa෴rsons and Barrie Evans will have quite an advantage. But I'm determined to do my best for the club, sponsors and supporters".

The Fen Tigers lost 50-40 at Wolverhampton on Tuesday but gained the bonus point. "That was always our first target" said general manager Graham Drury. "We go everywhere expecting𝕴 to win so there was some disappointment. But Monmore Green is never easy for visiting riders and we gave it our best".

The home side went in fro✤nt in heat two and were never headed after that. Mildenhall lost the services of guest Lee Howard who fell in his first ride and was withdrawn from the mee🍒ting on medical advice.

Wayne Broadhurst and Lee Hodgson gained a 5-1 in heat 8 to reduce the deficit to six points but Wolves banged in a 4-2 in the next. Broadhurst was left incensed after clashing with Rob Finlow several times at the first turn in heat 11. "He kept turning right on me and I thought the 🍃referee got it wrong" said Broadhurst.

Graham Jones and Trent Leverington we💝re both unbeaten in six rides for the hom𝓡e side which used rider replacement for Matthew Wethers. Jones also beat James Brundle to win the Bronze Helmet.
