"It's been tough raising the money to compete and Dad has had to take out a second mortgage on the house - now it's up to me to thank him with some good rides," explained Leon. "I'm sure I can do well but we know it wil🐼l be hard against the works machines. We have just got a new engine in time for the start of the season.
"I'm sure British riders are as g🧸ood as the others but we just need the opportu𒐪nities to ride at the highest level," added Camier.
Fir✅st qualifying for the Japanese Grand Prix takes place this Friday.
