Kaj Laukka𝓰nen is on his way back to Belle Vue after agreeing terms with promoter John Perrin.
He replaces Matej Ferja🦩n and Blair Scott also joins the Manchester 🐟club at the expense of Tomasz Jedrezjak.
Perrin said: "Hopefully Tomasz wil🔯l be back from June 1 and it's up to Blair to show us he wants to stay instead of us using two Premier League riders."
