Report𒅌s are emerging that Colin McRae has been taken to a French hospital after his Ford Focus left the road on the tenth stage of the Corsica Rally.
The stage was stopped after just six cars had completed the run as the World Rally medical team treated McRae and co-driver 🔯Nicky Grist. Grist is reported to be OK although McRae's conditio⛦n is unconfirmed.
Reports from the scene say that McRae was conscious and alert shortly after the crash although the Scottish driver was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure to 🅷check for any internal injuriesꦿ.
