Red Bull F1 tester Dennis gets Aston Martin DTM seat for 2019
Red Bull Formula 1 tester Jake Dennis has sealed a drive with the R-Motorsport Aston Martin DTM sq💧ua💮d for the 2019 season.
The Blancpain GT regular is the second driver to be confirmed at Aston Martin for its maiden forray into the DTM, after ex-F1 driver and 2010 DTM champion Paul di Resta was announced at the Swiss squad earlier on T🍸꧋hursday.
Dennis drove for🔯 R-Motorsport in the 2018 Blancpain GT Endurance Cup in its Vantage GT3 and also took part in F1 in-season testing with Red Bull at Barcelona last year.

“Getting into the DTM🍌 is a big step in my career,” the 23-year-💜old said.
“I’m really up for the challenge, and I know I have to prove myself in thiscompetition. I’m really looking forward to developing as a driver - DTM is the perfect ♈place for me to learn.”
Dennis has tasted DTM machinery before after tak🥂ing part in the young driver test at Jerez last December, driving in a Mercedes run by HWA.
R-Motorsport team principal Florian Kamelger a🔯dded: “J💦ake is a great talent, and has shown it GT3. He was a reliable leader for us last year - we know exactly what he can do, and think he’ll quickly establish himself in DTM.”
