Christian Iddon come out quickest on a drying track at Oulton Park as showery conditions threw a 💖curve ball into preparations for Bennetts British Superbike qualifying this afternoon.

With the best of the lap times coming in thꦿe final seconds as the surface began to offer up grip, Tyco BMW’s final effort of 1min 41.480s put him clear of second place man Andre♚w Irwin with the Honda Racing rider almost two seconds in arrears.

With the inclement conditions mixing up the order somewhat, Joe Fran🎐cis was third best on the Lloyd & Jones Bowker PR Racing BMW, ahead of Quattro Plant JG Speedfit Kawasaki’s Glenn Irwin and leading Be Wiser Ducat man Scott Redding. 

Getting useful wet weather mileage on the RAF Regular & Res🔯erves Kawasaki, rookie Ryan Vickers was sixth best from ಌPeter Hickman and Friday’s dry track pace setter Josh Brookes. Matt Truelove and Luke Stapleford rounded out the top ten.

Jason O’Halloran suffered a tumble at Lodge on the McAMS Yᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚamaha but was u𒈔nhurt, while OMG Suzuki opted against sending either of its riders out in the conditons.
