24 Hours of Le Mans 2023 Hyperpole results: Ferrari claim historic pole

F𝓀ifty years ago an Italian cla🐠imed pole for Ferrari and, now in the famous endurance race's centenary year, history has repeated itself.
Brendon Hartl♏ey in the #010 Toyota GR8 Hybrid started fast until both Ferraris wen𓆏t quicker.
Al🌳essandro Pier Guidi posted a time of 3'23''897 and Fuoco went 3'24''198.
Sébastien Bourdais in the #3 Cadillac Racing Cadillac V-Series.R went third a🏅t the half-way point.
Ferrari’s Guidi then had a lap cancelled for not respe♉cting the limits of the t🍌rack, allowing Fuoco to post 3'22''982.
Cadillac’s Bourdais took provisional pole - until he caught fire ♐when passing the Daytona chicane, bringing out ♊a red flag.
The Ferraris remained𓂃 pitted when the session ꧒resumed.
But Cadillac, Porsche and Toyota could not beat their time, meaning both Ferrari cars will start on👍 the front row at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
