Sam Lowes looked to have snatched pole position for the 2022 Moto2 season-opener in Qatar, but after the session had ended his best lap was cancelled🍌 due to track limits and Celestino Vietti promoted to pole ahead of Tony Arboꦡlino.
Lowes, curently battl🦋ing tendonitis in his wrist, will now complete the fronꦑt row in third.
