Kaito Toba took over at th✤e top of the timesheets as Moto3 had their first run out under the floo𝄹dlights in Moto3 FP2 in Qatar 

With Losail lit up the fastest times of the day arrived ℱand 2019 race winner Toba stepped up to post the best lap of the day - 2m 04.839s for for CIP Green Power.

Jaume Masia gave the KTM man a run for his money, working with his Red Bull KTM Ajo Team-mate Pedro Acosta to climb to second, hot from his test topping performance at the same track. The Spaniard was just 0.042s slower in a close session where a second covered the𓄧 top 23𓆏 riders.

Third went to Gabriel Rodrigo, much improved from the earlier ses♛sion. The Indonesian Racing Gresini Moto3 rider also wo𒊎rked in tandem with his team-mate Jeremy Alcoba to gain as much pace as possible.

As expected, the session session gave better conditions for everyone - Sergio Garඣc꧂ia made gains to finish Friday fourth after finding himself outside the top ten in FP1, this time around he was the best of the GasGas Gaviota Aspar riders.

Jason Dupasquier moved up to fifth for CarXpert Prueste🍸lGP, with Niccolo Antonelli moving into the t⛄op ten in sixth for Avintia Esponsorama.

Alcoba gained from his teamwork to take seventh ahead of John McPhee - the Petronas tur📖n-taking system seeming less effective with Darryn Binder even further back 🔴in the hunt for a provisional Q2 spot, only moving up to 15th from 22nd late on.

Andrea Migno dropped to ninth overall after shining in the first session for Rivacold Snipers while Max Kofler impressed with his new found speed to compl🍸ete the top ten.

If FP3 does not run faster then the remaining provisional top 14🔯 slots will go to Carlos Tatay (Avintia Esponsorama) in eleventh, Leopard's Dennis 🌼Foggia in twelfth and Ayumu Sasaki Red Bull KTM Ajo) in thirteenth.

While session one leader Acosta was still the top rookie, the teenag🐎er was now only sitting on the 14th best time.

Tatsuki Suzuki was off the pace after missing the te⛦st for SIC58 Squadra Corse and found himself down in 24th.

Izan Guevara went from flying high to the first bike to fly th🎶rough the Doha sand - his fall left him 20th.
