MotoGP Misano: Rossi 'You never know with Marc. He's a bastard!'
With world champion marc Marquez qualifying off the front row for the first time this year, Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lor♍enzo were asked who they thought would be thei♕r main rival for victory in Sunday's Misano race.
Local star𒊎 Rossi, who qualified on the front row for the first time this season, repli𒉰ed:
"Difficult to say. Today I want to say Jorge. Looking at practice he is the man to beat. But you never know with Marc [laughs]. He's a bastard! For sure he will try tomorrow more 🌌than 100 percent to win, so we have to wait for the race."
Lorenzo, who took Yamaha's first pole of the year, added: "I hope [my main rival] is Valentino, but I alsoܫ hope he finishes behind me!"
MotoGP champion Marquez hasღ been beaten just once this year, by his Repsol Honda team-mate Dani Pedrosa. However Lorenzo has won at Misano for the ♔last three years.
Rossi meanwhile will ♉be seeking his first MotoGP win since As🍷sen last year.
"I hope but⛎ MotoGP changes day by day. Today is like this. I feel good with the bike. I'm confident. I know to try to arrive at the front I have to fiꦓght at the maximum with Jorge and Marc for sure, also Dani and maybe the Ducatis. We will see tomorrow."
