Former Repsol Honda and Camel Honda MotoGP rider Tohru Ukawa has been confirmed on the entry list forꦡ the Japanese Grand Prix, at Motegi, on September 19.
Ukawa - who won the 2002 Africa's Grand Prix for Repsol Honda, but switched to the role of official HRC test rider after a disappointing 2003 season with Sito Pons' Camel backed team - will li🍃ne-up on the MotoGP grid on a prototype 2005 spec RC211V.
Tohru's attendance will take the number of RCVs to seven, and his primary goal will surely be to prevent Valentino Rossi and Yamaha from defeating Honda at their ꦇhome race.

Meanwhile, as expected, Moriwaki Honda will field former 250cc world champion Olivier Jacque (lower pic) after renting a grid slot from the Harris WCM team, which will only field one ri𝔍der.
Jacque, who isn't officially a wild-card, will thus race under the 'Moriwaki WCM' banner at Motegi, and is also expected to compete in the Malaysian Grand Prix on October 10, followiꦆng Andrew Pitt's return to World Supersport.
