Argentina MotoGP: Pedrosa in pain as Zarco pass triggers highside

Dani Pedrosa will undergo checks on his right wrist in Barcelona o♊n Tuesday after being left in 'a lot of pain' following a big highside on the opening lap of Sunday's Argentina MotoGP.

The Repsol Honda r🌌ideꦑr was holding fourth place when Johann Zarco squeezed past on entry to the penultimate corner.

That forced Pedrosa onto a damp patch and he 𝔉was specಌtacularly launched from his RC213V.

"My♎ race ended before I finished the first lap. Race Direction needs to look after every rid𓆉er’s safety," Pedrosa said.

"Ri🌳ght now I have a lot of pain in my right 💜wrist. I’ll have it checked again in Barcelona on Tuesday.”

"When you are going into the corneꦕr with this different line you have to go wide and the problem is Dani was on the wet.

“I⭕ also had to pick up the bike not to crash, because if I crashed I would have pushed him of⭕f."

Pedrosa's team-mate 🔯Marc Marquez would clash with Aleix Espargaro and then Valentino Rossi at the sam൩e corner, earning a penalty on both occasions.
