All were waiting to hear what Dani Pedrosa had to say about his future, following confirmation that he will leave Honda after 18 years 🌃and be replaced by Jorge Lorenzo next season.

All were waiting to hear ꦚwhat Dani Pedrosa had to say about his future, fo🍸llowing confirmation that he will leave Honda after 18 years and be replaced by Jorge Lorenzo next season.

But...

"I'm sorry that everybody is here, because I expect that I could say something more here," smiled Pedrosa. "It was my plan tﷺhat I can say something here but unfortunately things still are not as clear as I would like and I can’t really say anything.

"ꦓAll I can say today is that I have several options, good options, but still it's not so clear so I cannot say much more than this. I need time to think about them.

"I will not ru♓sh and take the wrong decision, but at the same time I would like to have it clear because it would allow me to race with a more free mind and focus on the ꧙GP.

"But🌌👍 today this is the situation and I guess in the future I will know more."

Asked if he could at least confirm he would not retire, or that the options he is ✨looking at are only in MotoGP, the🦩 32-year-old replied:

"I cannot speak about the options. I can only say that there are options ✤and I'm still considering….

"I see more people here 𒐪than when I win a race! Sorry I created this expectation for not much."

With all six MotoGP manufacturers having now signed their factory riders for ne🐬xt season, Pedrosa will need to find a satellite team if he is to remain in the championship and has been linked with the proposed new Petronas Yamaha project.
