It was the latest in a long list of inju♓ries for the triple MotoGP champion, which began with a broken toe at Aragon last year, followed by a crack to the radius bone of his left wrist due to a technical problem next𝓡 time in Thailand.
Lorenzo then broke the scaphoid bone in the same wrist during a January training accident, robbing him of the Sepang test, before returning to action at the Qatar test and following ⛎race.
The two weeks since the season-opener 🦩have allowed valuable healing time for t💧he Spanish star.
"I have been focusing fully on my reco𒀰very, the wrist is feeling better and the pain in my ribs has also improved a lot since the race," Lorenzo said ahead of this weekend's second round in Argentina.
“Despite not finishing where we wanted, Qatar showed that we have a lot of potential wit🌊h the Honda. Argentina will give us a chance to continue to improve on the bike."
Lorenzo finished 15th in last year's damp Termas de Rio Hondo race for Ducati, with his best result 𓆏a third place for Yamaha at the inaugural 2014 round.
"In the past Argenti⭕na has not been one of my strongest circuits, but the Honda presents a new opportunity,"🌄 he said.
