Jerez MotoGP: Massive accident for Marc Marquez at the end of FP3

Marc Marquez, returning to the scene of his broken right-arm🧸 last July, has suffered a massive accident at the end of FP3 f🐽or the Spanish MotoGP at Jerez.
After accelerating out ꦑof the Turn 6 (Pedrosa) hairpin, Marquez lost the front of his Repsol Honda at 180km/h as he tipped into the Turn 7 left-hande🥃r, sending him skimming across the gravel and into the airfence.

The eight-time wo🦹rld champion was clearly shaken but eventually able to walk away and returned to the pits on the back of a scooter, fortunately without any apparent damage to the right arm, which has already req꧅uired three rounds of surgery.
Marquez, who only returned to MotoGP action last time in Portimao, was twelfth at the time of this fall and𝓡 will now be among thosꦆe heading to Qualifying 1 this afternoon.
