Aragon MotoGP: Martin: I felt super good on the bike, but not happy about result

Jorge Marti🐼n claimed ninth place at the Aragon MotoGP even after suffering with his physical condition from mid-race onwards.
The Pramac rider made a decent start to th🍸e race and was comfortably inside the top six, a position he held during most of the practice sessions and qualifying.
However, the Spaniard’s struggles came later on💟 in the race and was consequently overtaken by Brad Binder, fellow rookie Enea Bastianini and championship leader Fabio Quartararo.
Martin, who is still not completely 100% physically, lost out to the Frenchman by less than a tenth over the line, while holding off Takaaki Nakagami by a further two te💛nths.
Due to this and the pace shown earlier in t🐻he weekend, Martin’s ninth place result left him ‘happyꦓ’ with his overall performance, but not the actual position.
"Yeah, well good weekend for me. In general I felt super good on the bike and I was always top six, top five during pr𓃲actices," added Mar🧜tin.
"But yeah, today in the race I was struggling a lot with the front grip and also my physical condition was notﷺ so good this weekend, I don’t know why. I was struggling with some muscles.&n🐷bsp;
"When I was at h𒉰alf-race I was struggling a lot and ღI couldn’t put a really great pace.
"But anyway, I’m happy with the performance but not happy about the result, because I th💙ink we could make a little bit more. But, I’m a rookie and I need to improve and this is the way to do it."
