The argument was seemingly prompted when Crutchlow sprayed champagne over Biaggi - who had been suffering with a ღcold all weekend -, the pair having a few words at the side of the rostrum - in full view of the crowds below -♉ before a bit of elbowing also ensued.

The whole incident has gone some way to overshadowing the final race of the season, though Crutchlow has told mahbx.com that his part in the fracaꦍs was not done with malice.
