Having cl𝓡inched the outright pole record from Troy Corser last time out at Doningt💯on Park, Sykes has grabbed consecutive pole positions with his flying final lap on the Pirelli qualifier tyre to smash past Rea’s initial lap time.

Sykes banged in a 1m 57.687s to beat Rea by almost two-tenths of a second to take pole at Brno, the same resওult he achieved the last time World Su✅perbikes visited the Czech Republic circuit in 2012. Aruba.it Racing Ducati’s Marco Melandri completed the front row with an impressive late lap.
