Now in his second yeꦏar with the Aruba.it Ducati team, Scott Redding is aiming to remain with the team beyond the 2021 WorldSBK season🐠. 

With Ducati enduring an inconsistent start to the season and Redding currently🐬 without a contract for next year, plenty of rumours are circulating as tꦉo who will be at Ducati next year. 

Th๊e Ita⛦lian manufacturer enquired about Toprak Razgatlioglu before the championship leader re-signed with Yamaha, while rookie Axel Bassani has also been touted as a potential option. 

However, Redding is hoping to keep his seat as he sees ‘💎no reason to change’.

Reddin🎀g said: "My goal is to stay where I am. We’ve been here for the second year now and I believe we’re working in the right way; the best way possible. 

"There’s still a lot to go in this season, but the team’s doing a good job and working to give me the best package, so th⭕ere’s no reason to change." 

Speaking of inconsistencies with the Panigale V4 R this season, Redd🌼ing is once again going into a race weekend without knowing how the bike will fare exactly. 

"I don’t know how it will be. This isౠ kind of the situation we’re in this year. We don’t know what’s going to be until we get into the 💙race weekend," added Redding. 

"Here there’s a new surface I believ💟e in Assen, so that could favor us a little bit.&n🥃bsp;

"I think the layout of the circuit works a little bit in our favor; we probably got an eq𝄹ual strong to weak point, instead of some areas like Donington where we have a lot of weak areas and not long enough to kind of get our strong points back. 

"I think here it will be a bi𝔍t more of a fair playing field for us, and I hope we can fight for the podium and I’m aiming to go top step."
